This is for the peace of mind and security for both guests and Country In The City B&B

Number of Guests:

A maximum of FOUR GUESTS* are permitted in The Studio at any one stay.

ONE Queen-size bed and ONE Sofa bed

Please note that if there are only TWO GUESTS and BOTH the main bed and the sofa bed are required

then an additional charge of $40 per stay is payable to cover preparation and laundry costs.

* Additionally one baby (cot may be hired on arrival)

Check In / Check Out Times:

Check-in: 2:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m.

Check-out: 10:00 a.m.

Unless special arrangements have been made.

Smoking and Animals Policy:

We are a NON SMOKING venue in all enclosed areas.

Smoking permitted in open garden areas only.

No animals or any kind of pets can be accepted.

Indemnities:

Country In The City B&B does not accept any liability whatsoever in regards to :

Loss of or damage to any of your personal possessions or valuables during your stay.

Damage to any vehicle under your control parked on the premises during your stay.

Loss of any kind in relation to any accommodation alteration or cancellation.

Country In The City
