Please note that if there are only TWO GUESTS and BOTH the main bed and the sofa bed are required then an additional charge of $40 per stay is payable to cover preparation and laundry costs)
Additional guests (3 & 4) attract an additional charge of $45 per person per night (a max 2 additional adults applies). Baby Cot available for $A 15.00 per stay.
Tea and coffee making facilities provided also. Bar fridge in sitting room.
